Botto Fuels (“Botto Fuels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile fuel and DEF delivery across Chicagoland, southern Wisconsin, and northern Indiana. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or request delivery, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit an order or contact request, that includes your name, optional company, email address, phone number, service address, and the details of your request (fuel type, quantity, timing, and any notes such as gate codes or tank information you provide).
We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your request and confirm a delivery window and price;
- schedule, route, and complete your fuel or DEF delivery;
- contact you about your order, service, or account; and
- keep records required to operate our business.
How your request reaches us
Our order form is delivered to our team using a third-party form service (FormSubmit) that forwards your submission to our email. This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. These providers process your information only to deliver the message and serve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as the form-delivery and hosting services above), or when required by law.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic — which pages people visit and how they find us — so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this information on our behalf; we use it to understand trends, not to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention & security
We keep request and delivery records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then dispose of them. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing orders@bottofuels.com or calling (630) 290-4893. This site is intended for businesses and adults; it is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will revise the “last updated” date above.
